The Baker

Sonia has always had a passion for creative baking and decorating. Which aligns with her body of work including her award winning cakes and specialty desserts. She began supplying the Poconos with her beautiful and delicious sweets out of her home, baking daily in her certified kitchen. Thus Sonia’s Sweet Inspirations was born. As orders continued to come in, she and her husband decided to expand the business into a storefront.

Sonia’s Sweet Inspirations has opened it’s first location in Stroudsburg. Serving a daily array of Sonia’s specialty desserts. From cookies to cupcakes and other treats. Stop in to and try one of Sonia’s sweet treats or pick up a tray, cake or gift.
